Real Madrid President Hints Move For Former Chelsea Target

Find out. The Italian joined the Spanish giants this summer from Paris St Germain , signing a three-year deal with the nine-time European champions. "A lot of people have asked me about the possibility of coaching Roma or the (Italy) national team in the future," Ancelotti said to Sky Sport Italia. "I don't know - I could even decide to retire after my experience at Real Madrid." The 54-year-old played at Parma, Roma and AC Milan before turning to coaching in 1995. Ancelotti won a league and cup double with Chelsea in his first season in charge at Stamford Bridge before he was sacked in May 2011 despite finishing second in the Barclays Premier League.

At a press call on Wednesday, former Atletico Madrid hit-man Falcao told how whilst he was thankful for recent comments from Real Madrid President Florentino Perez, hes happy enough at Monaco. Theres nothing else I can say but to thank Florentino for his words, but I also have to respect my current club, Monaco, who have made me feel very happy here. Whilst the Real Madrid supremo has effectively ruled out a January transfer window move for Falcao, he wouldnt rule out the possibility of following up strong interest in the player, next summer. Almost as if the statement was prepared for him, Falcao then reiterated his commitment to Monaco, when pushed further for his thoughts on a possible move to Real Madrid. Im very happy and I dont think its an opportune time to speak about a possible interest from Real Madrid at this time, out of respect for the institution at which Im currently affiliated. Though publicly Falcao has continually declared his happiness with Monaco, rumours continue to persist that this isnt entirely the case, that he would rather return to the Spanish capital and thus, Real Madrid and Florentino Perez remain keen to signal their own interests and lure the player to join them, next summer. Meanwhile, even though a new darling has emerge into the limelight at Atletico Madrid, fans will no doubt be cringing with horror, at the prospect of their former idol, joining their fierce city rivals.

However, rumours of a move back to the Spanish capital intensified on Tuesday when Real president Florentino Perez said the club could move for the 27-year-old at the end of the season. But Falcao has asserted that he is not considering his future, and is enjoying his stint at the Stade Louis II. "I can only thank Florentino Perez for what he's said," Falcao commented. "But I must respect my current club Monaco, where I am feeling very well. "I am very happy at Monaco.

Perez is now considering a move for Falcao to add the Colombian international to the Los Blancos squad next summer. He (Falcao) wont come in January but in June, who knows? Nothing is impossible and there is a lot of time between now and then. Falcao is a great player and I am aware that he wants to play for Madrid. I am aware of that, but its normal. They told me, the Daily Mail quoted Perez as saying. With Perezs latest remarks, it would come as a relief for Liverpool and their fans as a move for Falcao would block Luis Suarezs possible move to Madrid either in January or next summer.

(Alberto Saiz / AP) Theres the idea of getting younger with roster moves and then theres what Real Madrid has done. Theyve signed 9-year-old Japanese prodigy Takuhiro Nakai, the kid whose nickname is Pipi. Pipi is billed as the new Cristiano and the new Messi in some quarters. Not that either of those guys is going away any time soon. Neither is 30 yet. How good is the kid?
